These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Farm Tycoon ("the game"), operated by TycoonFarm Games. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
Farm Tycoon is a free, browser-based simulation game provided for entertainment. In-game currency, crops, levels and other items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.
Your account and save data
You are responsible for your device and, if you sign in, for activity under your account. We provide cloud saving as a convenience but do not guarantee that progress will always be available, error-free, or recoverable.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the game or its services.
- Do not use the game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or overburden the service.
Advertising and third-party services
The game may display advertising and rely on third-party services (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that save data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TycoonFarm Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
