This Privacy Policy explains how TycoonFarm Games ("we", "us") handles information when you play Farm Tycoon ("the game"). By using the game you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Information we process

• Game progress. Your farm, cash, level and settings are saved locally on your device. If you sign in, this save is also stored in the cloud so you can continue on other devices.
• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and a unique account ID to identify your save.
• Usage & device data. With your consent, analytics tools collect information such as your device type, approximate region, in-game actions, and interaction data used to improve the game.
• Advertising data. Ads are always shown to keep the game free. With your consent, our advertising partner may use cookies to personalize and measure ads; if you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage keeps the game running and remembers your progress and choices. Analytics cookies and personalized advertising are only used if you accept them; ads are shown either way. See the Cookie Notice for details, and change your choice anytime under Account → Cookie Settings.

Service providers

• Google Firebase — sign-in and cloud save.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics (consent-based).
• Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and interaction insights (consent-based).
• Google AdSense — advertising (consent-based).

These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies, and may store data on servers outside your country, including the United States.

Why we process data and legal bases

We process essential data to provide the game and save your progress (performance of a service you request). We process analytics and advertising data only where you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention

Local save data stays on your device until you clear it. Cloud saves are kept while your account is active. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each provider’s policy.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To delete your cloud save you can sign out (which returns you to a local game) or contact us at farmtycoon.canopy402@passinbox.com. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond as required by law.

Children

The game is not directed to children under the age required for consent in their country (for example 16 in parts of the EU, 13 elsewhere). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
